PAOLA ZUVER

Paola is a licensed, full-time realtor with Esslinger Wooten Maxwell in their Coral Gables-South Miami office. Born in Rome, Italy, Paola spent her childhood and early adult years living between the U.S., Spain, Italy and Colombia. She has B.A. in French Literature from Trinity College (Washington D.C.). Paola is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French.
She began her professional life in the highly competitive world of luxury apparel where she utilized her knowledge of languages and honed her sales and marketing skills at an international level. She acquired over 20 years of international marketing and sales expertise in the luxury market.
Since moving to Miami with her family in 2002, Paola has embraced life in South Florida and enjoys the many advantages it offers. She has been an active member at her sons' schools through the many volunteer opportunities they offer. As a music and art lover she likes to take advantage of the dynamic and growing art and music scene that Miami has to offer - everything from Botero to Baroque. Paola is a Coconut Grove resident who loves to go boating with her sons on beautiful Biscayne Bay; it is a breathtaking experience every time.
Paola comes from a family that has invested in real estate over generations so it came naturally to her to become involved in the vibrant and demanding South Florida real estate market. SANDY AROSTEGUI
SPECIAL EVENTS AND SOCIAL DIRECTOR
Sandy was born on Long Island, NY and earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising at the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She moved to Florida to teach marketing and advertising at Palmetto High School.
Currently Sandy is a licensed realtor and manages all the Open Houses for our listing clients as well as serving as our top Showing Agent for our listing clients and for buyers. Her background in Publicity, Promotion, Advertising and Strategic Planning makes Sandy a great asset when we plan and implement customized marketing strategies for our Sellers. When she was Broadcast Director for Jordan Marsh Stores of Florida, Sandy produced and directed all of the store's TV and radio spots and placed their ads, honing her skills as a media planner.
As our Social Director, Sandy pinpoints charities and fundraising galas in which we become involved, and alerts us of conferences, special events and cultural offerings that she encourages us to attend.
Sandy has been happily married for over 25 years and is the proud mother of a 19 year son who's currently in college. The family enjoys spending time together at their home in the Grove and also at their Key Largo villa. Sandy is a celebrated chef who loves to entertain, and an avid reader who treasures her monthly book club interaction.
For the South Grove Homeowners Association, Sandy organizes events and fundraisers which include some highly memorable block parties. For years she was an active participant in the Gulliver School's Parent Association and "Parent Connection," chairing numerous events and committees. Sandy is a past President and the current Vice-President of the Barton Ravlin Chapter of the Women's Cancer Association of the University of Miami, tirelessly raising much-needed funds for cancer research.
